May I be happy.  1. Direct this towards yourself.

May I be well.  

May I be comfortable

And at peace.

May you be happy.  2. Direct these 4 lines towards someone you love.

May you be well.  3. Direct these 4 lines towards someone neutral

May you be comfortable 4. Direct these 4 lines to someone with whom you have difficulty.

And at peace   5. Direct these 4 lines to the entire world.
